Effective date: 13 October 2026

These terms apply to the “Win a free year of nuri” prize draw (the “Draw”). By entering, you agree to these terms.

1. Promoter

The promoter is nuri health LTD, 225 Putney Bridge Road, SW15 2PX, London (“nuri”, “we”, “us”). You can contact us about the Draw at info@nurihealth.ai.

2. Who can enter

The Draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over. Employees of nuri, their immediate families and anyone else professionally connected with the Draw cannot enter.

3. How to enter

Enter by submitting your email address in the giveaway form on the nuri website. Entry is free and no purchase is necessary. Only one entry per person is allowed; further entries from the same person will be ignored. You do not have to agree to receive marketing emails to enter, and choosing not to will not affect your chances of winning.

4. Opening and closing dates

The Draw opens on 13 October 2026 and closes at 23:59 UK time on 31 December 2026. Entries received after the closing time will not be included.

5. The prize

There is one prize: 12 months of nuri membership at no cost to the winner. The membership starts when the winner activates it, or when nuri membership becomes available if it has not launched by the time of the draw. The prize is personal to the winner and cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged for cash. We may replace the prize with one of equal or greater value if circumstances outside our control require it.

6. Choosing the winner

The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries within 14 days of the closing date. The draw will be carried out by an independent person or by a verifiably random process.

7. Telling the winner

We will email the winner at the address used to enter within 7 days of the draw. The winner must reply within 14 days to accept the prize. If they do not reply in time, or are not eligible, we may choose another winner at random in the same way.

8. Health and suitability

nuri is a wellness service and not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. The winner can choose which parts of the membership to use. Anyone who is pregnant, breastfeeding or managing a medical condition should speak to their GP or midwife before changing their diet.

9. Winner details

On request, we will share the winner’s first name and county within one month of the closing date. Please email info@nurihealth.ai if you would like this. We will only use the winner’s name or image in publicity if they agree.

10. Your data

We use the information you give us to run the Draw and contact the winner, as described in our Privacy Policy. We will only send you marketing emails if you ticked the box to receive them, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

11. Our rights

We may disqualify entries that break these terms or that we reasonably believe are fraudulent or automated. If something outside our reasonable control affects the Draw, we may change, suspend or cancel it, and we will tell entrants where we can.

12. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Otherwise, we are not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed or incomplete for technical reasons.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales.
